$1,695 for Doctors and $1,195 for Orthodontic Team Members. Course materials, scheduled meals during the course, plus two hours of fun at Topgolf, and a Friday night party with an open bar at Dr. Dan Bills’ home are included in the tuition. The cost of travel and hotel arrangements are not included in the tuition and will be the responsibility of the practice.

The class size for this unique event is intentionally small to enhance interactive learning and collegiality, and every event has sold out well in advance.  In addition, as of now, we only have one event scheduled in 2025. Therefore, we encourage you to register early to reserve your spot!

Aloft Hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ is the hotel that we are recommending purely because of the location. There are many very nice hotels in the area. Please feel free to explore any option that interests you. We would be happy to assist you with any questions.

Transportation will be provided throughout the course from the Aloft Hotel. If you choose another hotel you will need to provide your own transportation. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is a 20-minute drive from the hotel.

Miller’s Ale House and Starbucks are located within walking distance of the hotel. Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs are well known for their restaurants, so let us know if you need any recommendations.

The course takes place in Southern New Jersey. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is only a 20-minute drive.

This course provides participants with 12 hours of CE credit!

Registration fees are fully refundable for cancellations made 90 days before the course begins. A 50% refund is available for cancellations received between 90 and 60 days prior to the course date. No refund will be provided for cancellations within 60 days of the course date but can be transferred to the following year.
